Yes. Lone Worker sessions, SOS/Panic alerts, GPS tracking, and geofencing are built into every Core Platform license — Admin, Manager, Standard, and Guest. Managers and Admins get access to the realtime monitoring dashboard. If you only need Lone Worker Safety without the full platform, it's available as a standalone module at $10/user/month.

Absolutely. The Core Platform covers most safety programs end-to-end. Camera Monitoring and Video Inspection can be activated at any time — we'll pro-rate billing from the activation date.

Guest Licenses can be activated and deactivated as needed — you only pay for active months. They're ideal for project-based subcontractors who need access for a specific job duration. No minimum commitment required.

The Free seat is designed for workers who only need to set up their profile and upload certificates (e.g., OSHA 10/30, CPR, fall protection). There's no limit on the number of Free seats, but your account must have at least one active paid license (Standard, Guest, Admin, or Manager) to enable Free seats.

Video Inspection usage is measured per participant. If two people are on a 30-minute call, that counts as 1 hour of usage (30 min × 2 participants). Your account gets 40 hours of pooled video call time per month for $5. Any usage beyond 40 hours is billed at $0.50 per additional hour. The pool resets at the start of each billing cycle.

The one-time setup fee covers camera feed integration, initial AI model configuration for your site, zone definition, alert rule setup, and a training session for your team. The fee varies based on the number of cameras and complexity of your existing infrastructure.

Annual contracts get the best rates and are recommended for enterprise deployments. Monthly billing is available at standard pricing for teams evaluating the platform. Camera Monitoring requires a 12-month minimum due to the setup investment.

You can purchase licenses directly with a credit card and get started immediately — no waiting for approvals or procurement cycles.
